Our most popular systems include NewsXtreme, My News 360 e-Editions, CMS, and automated page building, and Adinfinitum (e-Tearsheets/invoices) as well as products like Blackmagic color calibrated proofing.
Our development is done by a team of experienced developers. We prefer to build things ourselves because it provides the most flexibility in solving newspapers’ pain points. Heading the teams since the inception of Presteligence are Bob Behringer, CEO/President, and Randy Plant, VP of Operations. These two continue to proactively address the ups and downs of the newspaper industry with innovative cloud-based solutions and consolidated group pricing structures.
Back in the early 1990s, Bob Behringer, now President and CEO, was charged with forming a system integration group focused on integrating Graphic Enterprise’s large format laser printers into existing, proprietary newspaper production systems. He built a software development team and headed development of the industry’s first NT based non-proprietary, prepress workflow management system. Fast forward to 2004, Bob jumped at the opportunity to make that prepress software group an independent company and thus Presteligence was born.
Bob hasn’t looked back. Presteligence remains dedicated to helping Newspapers solve business problems, anticipate needs, and discover opportunities to help newspapers grow and gain efficiencies.
