Position Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain web-based, desktop, and mobile device software primarily using Microsoft .NET Framework and SQL Server
- Provide input and ideas to enhance the applications’ ease of use and design
- Collaborate with team members on how to best resolve application functionality using best practices with a focus on consistency and usability
- Ensure developed components are expertly designed, tested, debugged, and ready to deploy
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of software development work experience
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, T-SQL
- Experience working with managed services in public cloud like GCP, AWS or Azure
- Experience developing with source control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround for customer issues.
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong passion for technology and software
- Experience with client-side web programming in JavaScript and jQuery

Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Support Specialist to play a key role in product implementation, customer support, product testing, technical sales, and customer training. This remote position requires strong decision-making skills, technical expertise, communication abilities, and effective time management. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product implementations following an established project management framework
- Conduct pre-installation calls to confirm system design and customer expectations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and address potential issues
- Configure and test systems before installation
- Provide on-site or remote installation, training, and ongoing support
- Document installations, obtain customer sign-off, and conduct post-installation reviews
- Offer technical phone and/or on-site support as needed, including participation in a 24/7 support rotation
- Maintain and update technical manuals as needed
- Perform quality control testing on new products and software updates
- Assist in integrating third-party applications with our software solutions
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Track support interactions in CRM and provide recommendations for product and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base
- Experience with Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Network environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Internet Information Services (IIS) is a plus
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create training materials and conduct product demonstrations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
